Dear students of The Mindful Path, Well, that’s it, our sixth and final session. We’re not crying, you’re crying! Thank you for joining us on this journey and for making the commitment to yourself and your health. We hope that you learned a lot and that we are leaving you feeling confident in your abilities to continue making mindfulness a priority in your life. We would love to hear from you! If you’d like to share any feedback with us about your experience with the program, please complete this brief post-program feedback form. Remember, here’s a simple way to continue your mindfulness journey… Create mini mindful moments throughout your days by using deep breaths to bring yourself back to your present moment experience when you feel your mind has wandered off. Commit to a daily formal practice—either meditation or by intentionally finding activities that naturally bring you into the present moment. Connect with yourself and the natural world by bringing your practice outside.
