Let’s take the first step—understanding where you currently are in your mindfulness journey.

We can accomplish this through self-evaluation tools, answering a series of questions with a sense of openness and honesty, so that you can gain a better understanding of how mindful you are now, and use it to measure your progress along the way.

Below there are two different pre-program self-evaluation forms, one for children, and one for adults. Please download and complete the form that is most appropriate for you.

PLEASE NOTE: Scoring these evaluations can sometimes seem confusing. Please know that there is a rhyme and reason for this as these are tools that are tested and utilized in mindfulness scientific studies. If you require any assistance calculating your score, please feel free to email a photo of your completed evaluation to us at hello@adventureful.org and we would be happy to assist.

The power of journaling

We can’t underestimate the power of journaling, especially while embarking on a mindfulness journey. If you would like, we’ve created a simple session by session document for you to print and use throughout this journey.
